Absolutely terrible experience. As new customers, we expected professionalism and clear communication, but instead we were treated with disrespect from the very beginning.

The company repeatedly came onto our property without giving us a specific date or notifying us in advance. We were never told exactly when they would be arriving, so having workers show up on our property unexpectedly was completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, we are being charged over $1,000 for only four visits, despite the fact that the first two visits accomplished virtually nothing. They didn't even remove the leaves from the pool—we had to do all of that work ourselves. On top of that, we had to purchase and add our own chemicals, including 15 pounds of chlorine, even though we were paying for pool service. It is hard to understand how this amount can be justified when we ended up doing much of the work ourselves.

When we called to discuss our concerns, the receptionist hung up on my mother instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. Rather than listening to our concerns, offering any kind of discount, or working toward a fair resolution, we were told that if we didn't pay, they would take us to Small Claims Court.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. Poor communication, unexpected visits, inadequate service, and rude treatment of customers are not how a reputable business should operate. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company and would encourage others to get every detail in writing before hiring them.

We opened our pool and discovered the pump was not working properly. John from A&M Pools stopped by soon after we contacted them. He immediately figured out the problem! When we told him we needed it fix for the weekend he did not hesitate to fix it temporarily so that we can use the pool. He then scheduled us for the following week to change the pipes and it’s all fixed now. We will have no doubt to use A&M Pools again for their responsiveness, reasonable price and great service!

Pool had several issues from previous vendor who opened the pool. These guys came in saved the day and promptly addressed those issues. I also had them install a pool heater. Price was fantastic, work was done within 2 days and the team were professional and friendly. Strongly recommend to others and will be working with them going forward.
