Recent reviews highlight prompt scheduling, on-time arrivals, and straightforward explanations of repair options and costs. Many customers mention successful fixes for older hot tubs, including pumps, heaters, and leaks. A few reviews note fair pricing and professional communication. There is an isolated older complaint about follow-up delays after a repair, but most recent feedback trends positive.

These guys are the real deal. Kenny and Daniel were both fantastic to work with. They showed up when they said they would, diagnosed the issue quickly, and did top notch work at a very fair price. What really stood out was how honest and straightforward they were no upselling, no inflated pricing, just quality work and solid communication. After dealing with other local companies that felt more focused on selling than actually helping, this was a breath of fresh air.
Michelle was also amazing on the scheduling side—friendly, organized, and made the whole process easy from start to finish.
It’s hard to find companies these days that truly stand behind their work, but this team absolutely does. I would recommend them 100% to anyone needing hot tub repair. Save yourself the headache and don’t call anyone else.

Kenny came out and was professional and very knowledgeable. I knew I needed a new motor and a heater. He was able to get my Hot Tub running perfectly. Would highly recommend them!

Kenny does great work. Fixed my ten year old hot tub, reasonably priced, very professional and courteous.

I have a bunch of rentals with hot tubs, and he’s now my guy.

So my husband and I's hot tub has been out of commission for a leak for quite sometime and we have missed it dearly and we're between whether we wanted to fix it or upgrade since it is an older hot tub. We finally decided to get a quote from Certified Hot Tub Repair. I sent them an email on Tuesday night with a picture of where the leak was coming from and they got us on the schedule the next day to come check it out. When the dude got here, I already forgot his name, he took a look at it told him it would take 20 minutes and he would have it fixed. I was AMAZED and so grateful! The expense was even lower than I anticipated and he was super honest with me and knowledgeable and just pleasant to work with. Thank you so much Certified Hot Tub Repair! Will definitely be calling for any repairs in the future!

I would give a ZERO star if I could. Hired to replace pump- everything else was working & no leaks prior to pump replacement. After 1st pump installed, it stopped working.
Had to come back 3 times to fix pump. Then had to order 2nd pump. After 2nd Pump installed it was working, but now leaking water. Came back, said would be here next week to fix leak. Did not show. Contacted 7 times from May26 thru August 17th, no response. Total costs: $1330.00. Hired another contractor to repair for $94.00. Leak was due to 2nd pump threaded askew allowing water through. Extremely disappointed with service and follow up and not honoring "guaranteed work".
Edit: This hot tub is NOT 25 years old, bought it 10 years ago & had updated parts & service 5 years ago. But the main issue at this point is the lack of response and call back to address faulty repairs. We were ignored for 2 and a half months before this 1 star review. Unacceptable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common calls include pumps and motors that stop circulating, heaters that are not reaching temperature, control panel and sensor issues, and leak tracing. The team also helps with start-ups, winterization checks, and filtration problems.

They work on a wide range of brands and many older models, depending on the availability of compatible parts. If parts are discontinued, they can discuss alternatives or retrofits before any work proceeds.

A technician inspects the equipment area, reviews error codes, checks electrical and plumbing components, and tests operation under load. After diagnosis, they explain findings and recommend repair options so you can decide next steps.

Basic estimates are possible for common issues, but final pricing depends on on-site diagnosis and parts needed. Sharing photos, model information, and symptoms can help narrow the range before the visit.

They are based in Rainier and regularly serve Olympia, Washington and nearby communities. Typical hours are Monday through Saturday during the day; Sunday is closed.
