Northwest Swim Spas

I have worked with Erik for several decades. He has been essential to my clinical and residential hot tub acquisitions and service. He is very knowledgeable and kind. They have been critical in helping me provide hot, clean, and clear water in my pools. Six stars!

I've never written a review before, but with experience I had Northwest Swim Spas I just had to tell people "These guys are for real!" - I bought a Hot tub in June and at the end of Dec. a tree fell and took out the power to my house and did damage to most all my Electrical panel and devises. My tub was done! The team from NW Swim Spa came out 3 time trouble shooting and replacing most all parts on the tub - Folks these guys are the real deal they did all of this on their dime under warranty. I've not work with another company that stands by their word and deliver the customer service like this! I can not recommend NW Swim Spa enough - their tech Chris was awesome understanding and professional! If you are going to buy a spa take the time to go see these guys - Erick is no Bullshit! what a great experience to work with this company! B Goff in Olympia!

We bought our hot tub towards the end of June and received delivery three weeks later. The delivery team did a wonderful job, explaining everything and helping with the setup as much as possible. Three days later, we had the electrical work completed and got the hot tub up and running. However, we noticed some lights weren't turning on, and there was possibly a small leak. We called their service department, and Taylor at reception was very helpful in getting us set up quickly. Marty and Chris from the service team came ASAP and provided excellent service. They were super fast, explained everything they were going to do, and confirmed there was no leak after double-checking all the fittings. They also fixed the lights. Overall, A++ service! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to buy a tub! When it came to pricing couldn’t beat em! They got the best prices out there!

Love love love our new swim spa! We have had ours for 6 months now and use it every day. Eric and his whole team were amazing! The whole buying experience was flawless. We were able to make an appointment to swim in one at their warehouse and have all our questions answered with no pressure to buy. But seriously the minute I got in it sold itself! I can exercise completely pain free in the warm soft current of the water. My husband enjoys the low back water massage at the end of a hard day. Our grandkids love to come over and turn on all the fountains and lights and swim for hours! I highly highly recommend NW Swim Spas to anyone considering buying one. Once we made up our minds to purchase one it was delivered within days. Later Eric came by to explain about upkeep and answer questions. He assured us he was a phone call away if we needed anything. The whole experience was great!
