I have been going to get hot tub supplies since I bought my tub from them in 2020. Everyone is always so helpful and always happy to help. This visit Doug walked me through a bunch of new products like the Swim Spas and saunas. I will never shop anywhere else for my hot tub.
I’ve had my pool water tested here. Doug was knowledgeable and helped me identify a solution. Both he and John are welcoming and helpful. They don’t sell pools or pool supplies, so I am extremely grateful for their friendly service even though I wasn’t buying anything today. Appreciate their willingness to offer this important service to our community!
I always receive great customer service!! John is always there when I come in and even though we did not buy our hot tub from this company they are still helpful to assist me with what I need and answer my questions! I have now worked with Doug 2x and still have that great service. When we do our next big purchase...I will be using them. Sauna here I come.

I have been a customer for a while now. Kim is amazing. She sold us our TX hot tub and was with us the whole way from picking out the hot tub, delivery, install and keeping us stocked up on supplies to keep our Hot Tub going. Her customer service and expertise is so amazing! I heard she got promoted to District Manager and I still see her around at the Lacey Location and she remembers me everytime. This evening when going to get some chemicals I met Doug! He's awesome and took care of me! He was able to answer all my questions! This is why I love shopping in person vs online shopping. Olympic hot tub generally cares about taking care of their customers! They have earned my business forever!! You will not be disappointed!
