This pool and hot tub store is amazing. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Cameron is outstanding with his job. He spent so much time with me with his knowledge, patience intelligence, and much more. He made me feel like a friend when I walked in the door and was very kind and patient and informative in every detail. I highly recommend this store.
We were immediately greeted by Shea - very professional and easy to talk with. We explained that we were building a house in Texas and wanted info on hot tubs. She explained that they don’t have a franchise where we were moving to but looked up a store that carried similar products and gave us their information and phone number. Knowing she wouldn’t make a commission off of us, she still happily answered all of our questions, was VERY knowledgeable about all of the products they offered, and provided us with pamphlets on the products that interested us. We were so impressed with her customer service and professionalism! Great store, great employee!
My wife and I were all over Omaha and Lincoln looking for a new pool vacuum and the salesperson at Leslie pool knew absolutely nothing about their products. We called outdoor living and they explained what they had so we stopped by and Shea knew her products inside and out. She explained in detail all the different models and never tried to upsell us on anything. She gave us a 100 dollar credit for the old one and a 5% military discount. We will be doing all of our business here from now on.
We had a great experience with Outdoor Living Pool and Spa! Purchased sectional, fire pit table, large square table, 8 counter height chairs & 8 bar stools. Shea took great care of us from ordering till delivery. The Polywood product is top notch, quality stuff. It came mostly assembled and what wasn’t was simple to complete. Highly recommend OLP&S, Shea and Polywood for your patio.
We purchased our spa from Outdoor Living 16 months ago. I cannot say enough good things about the store staff—they are helpful, professional, and have done everything they can to try to make things right.However, I am writing this to warn others about the Smartop cover upgrade. Despite being a more expensive "premium" option, it has been a total disappointment. Our cover leaks tremendously. Outdoor Living has tried everything to fix it—adjusting the top several times, adding gasket material, and even shimming the tub to re-level it—but the issues persist, and the manufacturer doesn’t seem to have a resolution to the problem.In the summer, it drips constantly. In the winter, we deal with massive "icebergs" hanging off the side of the spa. I’m now genuinely concerned about long-term water or ice damage to the acrylic and the surround. I have included a photo from this morning, and amazingly it’s an improvement over what we experienced last winter. While we love our spa and the team at the store, we are very disappointed with this specific product and would not recommend the Smartop “upgrade”.
