We just purchased a home in Costa Mesa with a "spool" (spa/pool). We've never owned a pool or a spa, so not only were we informed that the chemicals weren't right, but also we had no idea how to even turn the spool on. My biggest fear was calling someone to help with the spool, and they just modified the chemicals and left without explaining how to use the device. However, Ryan came over and walked through everything from beginning to end. It was great! He answered questions, showed us how to use the spool, and balanced the chemicals. 100% recommend Pool Smart OC if you are looking for someone to assist with your pool or spa!

I've had my pool for many years using different company services and serviced it myself for a bit. Ryan was the quickest ever. I even bothered him for a bit and he was still faster then anyone. Pool is clean after all the rain and winds destroyed it. A+

The staff really know their stuff ! Everything works without a hitch. We have a robot cleaner, an intelligent Pool pump system along with the cleaner. All that I do is check the water level. Pure heaven!

Ryan was very thorough and meticulous in determining what my pool needs were and fixing things my prior maintenance service neglected or didn’t know to do. I guess I was getting what I paid for. My pool filter was absolutely filthy and causing debris back into my pool so it was never clean. Even though I will be paying more, I feel really good that I will be getting my money’s worth plus some. This guy knows his stuff and explains everything to me upfront. I look forward to my new pool service and a good looking and clean pool going forward.
