If I could rate this place a 0 star I definitely would! This place is fine if you just have to walk in and buy something but even then, the young people that are working there seem to be clueless. Several times I've called and asked something regarding my hot tub I previously had and they had no idea. Same thing with my pool now. We called to get a quote over the phone for opening our above ground pool for the season. With everything I explained I was given a quote of $1167 taxes in which included a new pump, scoop out debris, drain the pool, retuck the liner, patch a small hole in the liner (they believed there was one) refill the pool and labour. Happy with a price around that, we booked them to come to the house.Dave their pool guy, came to see the pool at the beginning of June and stated with what he sees the pool needs, the office misquoted us and it would be about $2k if we didn't want to replace the liner and just patch it. Dave or the office sends a quote with my name being wrong and our address was wrong so we didn't know if it was even meant to be our quote but they send a quote for $6500!!! You can buy a NEW pool for that amount! Landlord said no way I'm not paying that as that is not even close to what he said. My husband calls Dave and asked what was going on and why was it so high? Dave stated "the office sent the wrong quote..." he said he would send the proper quote shortly. Friday evening rolls around and still haven't heard anything from this guy even after calling again and texting him as a reminder as we know he's busy, and nothing. D&D is closed over the weekend. Today, Monday my husband tried calling Dave, no answer or response. He ended up calling the office and they stated that Dave is gone until Thursday (which he failed to mention to anyone while talking to him) and sent a quote of $4500! Like what the hell is going on with this place? Who is running it? Because it doesn't sound like anyone knows what the hell is going on there!So now we've wasted this month waiting for this company to do our pool only to get screwed around with the pricing when we could've just went with another PROFESSIONAL company! I will no longer be supporting this store in any way going forward. We thought because they were local and seemed to have good reviews that we would go with them, but please save yourself the headache and aggravation and go with someone that knows what they're doing! Very unprofessional business!

D&D Pool and Spa has been incredible! My inground pool and liner were originally installed by another company, but I quickly ran into leak issues and poor service. A neighbour recommended D&D and reaching out to them was truly the best decision.From day one, their customer service exceeded my expectations. They listened to my concerns, took the issue seriously and had the leak fixed within 24 hours. Dave and Ben were upfront, professional and so helpful as we went over the liner problems. In the end, I had a brand-new liner installed by D&D and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and care they provided.I’ll never trust anyone else with my pool needs! Thank you, Dave and Ben for going above and beyond!
Excellent service clean water prompt and reliable!
David and his team worked diligently to realign and install a new pool liner. He/they also took it upon themselves to make a few other adjustments to improve the overall performance and appearance of our pool. Everyone was professional and the work was completed, as promised once weather allowed! It’s a bonus to have them conveniently located just 5 minutes away for water tests and essential supplies! Thanks David to you and your team… our guests here at Molly’s Retreat BnB together with Sam and I are truly enjoying the pool this year! Service with a smile is what we all need right now! THE BEST!!
