From the day that Rob and his New Wave Pool team installed our pool 16 years ago, dealing with New Wave has been fantastic! Not only are they knowledgeable and great at what they do, their responsiveness and ability to get things done is second to none. Cath is amazing and is somehow able to make miracles happen, such as finding us a replacement pool heater in the middle of COVID. I would highly recommend Rob, Cath and the entire New Wave team as they have made the whole pool ownership experience a breeze ... and continue to do so with amazing service!!
I cannot recommend this company enough. It figures my hot tub would quit on the coldest day of the year, and after a few other failed attempts to get someone to come out to look at it I contacted Amy at New Wave. She was able to connect me with Dave to come out to fix it within a couple of hours, and he was fast, efficient and courteous. Both of them provided very useful information. Thank you SO much Amy and Dave, VERY grateful and you provide excellent service (which is quite rare these days). Much appreciated!!!!
Rob and Cathy installed our in ground pool and the experience from start to finish, was seamless. They took care of every detail and kept us informed every step of the way. We were impressed with the quality/brand name of all the equipment included in the quote and the fact they came in on budget and on schedule.
