Solar Swim

We’ve been customers of Solar Swim in Orangeville for 9 years, and they’ve been amazing from day one. We purchased both our pool and hot tub from them, and the service has consistently been outstanding. Patty, Mark, Michelle, Stephanie, and the whole crew are knowledgeable, kind, and always take the time to answer our questions and explain the “how tos” of pool and hot tub ownership. They truly go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. We highly recommend Solar Swim to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional support!

Top notch "install & service" ! As a repeat Hydropool customer (first tub 19 yrs ago), I knew the product line was great, wanted another tub and was further impressed with the care and skill in which the 4 person team installed our tub in late June 2026. They took away my old tub, wheeled in the new one and gingerly "snugged" it into place in great team effort. No white gloves, but they might as well have been wearing them. Within about an hour & half they started the fill and on-site tutorial for my tub. Informative, and very customer centric. Mark - you should be proud of the install crew you have ! Well done. Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We picked out our hot tub and they explained all the ins and outs. Delivery was excellent. The crew professionally delivered and placed the tub and gave us all the chemicals we need to get started. We were trained on what to do at startup and were able to use the tub as soon as it was up to temperature. Very happy!

We’ve had a great experience with this company over the years. We recently purchased a new hot tub and the team was informative, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of our options. They were flexible with delivery and installation, and made sure we understood how to properly care for the hot tub. We’ve also used them for repairs on our previous hot tub and they installed our pool as well. Reliable service and excellent customer care every time

I purchased my hot tub from Solar Swim five years ago, and I can honestly say their service has been exceptional from day one. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. One thing I really appreciate is being able to bring in water samples for testing. They take the time to ensure everything is perfectly balanced and clearly explain the results. If I’m able to wait, they walk me through everything in person—but if I’m in a rush, they’re just as efficient at emailing the results with easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions on what to add and how to do it. It’s that level of care and consistency that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend Solar Swim to anyone looking for not just a quality product, but outstanding ongoing support.

It is always a pleasant experience at Solar Swim. Michelle and Stephanie are knowledgeable and patient (even when i make silly mistakes with my spa), and always willing to provide expert advice on how to best manage my hot tub. It's an excellent one-stop-shop where I can come in for water testing, ask questions, and buy the best products to maintain my tub. Would definitely recommend Solar Swim to anyone with a pool or spa.

Solar Swim has been absolutely amazing. Introducing me to amazing products and answering all my "silly" questions. The hot tub drain and clean was done professionally with friendly and excellent service. Love that you can get all your products, maintenance and wellness service all in one place.

Solar Swim Orangeville is absolutely fantastic! Their customer service is second to none — they consistently go above and beyond and are always eager to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. Every visit feels welcoming; the staff are incredibly friendly, loyal to their community, and always punctual with any help or service you need. I especially love getting my pool chemicals here. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and always ready to point me in the right direction. It’s rare to find a business this committed to quality and customer care. Highly recommend Solar Swim Orangeville to anyone with a pool!

We are the proud new owners of a hot tub and Solar Swim could not have been more helpful or informative! They explained everything clearly and followed along our process of preparing the pad on our site to expedite the delivery and setup. What a warm and welcoming family run business. Highly recommended!!
