Top notch "install & service" ! As a repeat Hydropool customer (first tub 19 yrs ago), I knew the product line was great, wanted another tub and was further impressed with the care and skill in which the 4 person team installed our tub in late June 2026. They took away my old tub, wheeled in the new one and gingerly "snugged" it into place in great team effort. No white gloves, but they might as well have been wearing them. Within about an hour & half they started the fill and on-site tutorial for my tub. Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We picked out our hot tub and they explained all the ins and outs. Delivery was excellent. The crew professionally delivered and placed the tub and gave us all the chemicals we need to get started. We were trained on what to do at startup and were able to use the tub as soon as it was up to temperature. Very happy!
We’ve had a great experience with this company over the years. We recently purchased a new hot tub and the team was informative, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of our options. They were flexible with delivery and installation, and made sure we understood how to properly care for the hot tub. We’ve also used them for repairs on our previous hot tub and they installed our pool as well. Reliable service and excellent customer care every time
