Went here to buy some pool filter fittings to fix up my filter plumbing and talked to Cam. He told me about their install guys so I had them come and do the work. Excellent job. So glad i found these guys. Orillia now has a great pool place!
Excellent service and products. I wish to that everyone at orillia pools for helping my family get our pool clear after it turned a milky white that wouldn't go away. I added the chemicals you recommended and you fixed it!!! It went crystal clear and made the white dust fall to the bottom so i could finally vacuum it up. You are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you
Totally get its the busy season but when you call a week and a half ago and leave a message with your number asking for a cost for a pool opening it would be nice to get a call back-nothing..I know the response ill get we are super busy-and that is the bussiness you are in pools and caring for them-takes less than 5 mins to return a call or leave a voice mail -especially after leaving all the pool info needed..Found another company that is super busy but less than 2 hours later the owner was on the phone giving me a cost and run down-oh and a discount as alot of the stuff they would supply i have and less work as i dont need the cover cleaned or deck done..
We had a terrible experience with Orillia pools. Their service was terrible to start with - never showing up when they said they would - but worse than that they left gravel under our liner and refused to fix it when we called them soon after installation - and now four years later we have to pay another $10k for a new liner. I recommend using another pool company!!
