I was driving home on my motorcycle. I was riding on Bumby going towards South. The turn on south going onto the 408 from Bumby. Their business truck was in the far left lane and cut all the way right and forced me in my bike to go up on the sidewalk and almost fall over. When I called the business and the manager or owner or whoever answered. He hung up on me because I said one bad word and he was a very sensitive man. He said he doesn’t care what his employees do. He won’t apologize on behalf of them almost killing me. And the manager/owner is still refusing to just simply apologize. If they are that reckless, while just driving, imagine how reckless they are actually servicing and maintaining people’s pools where you can drown in. No regard for human life. if I could rank zero I would.

My old pump was making a high pitched noise and on its last legs. Marco Polo Pools ordered and installed a new one in no time. Very happy with the quality of work and the pump itself. A+

I gave them more than enough chances, but nothing ever improved. The pool was often left looking like it hadn't been serviced properly, and any time I reached out with a concern, I felt brushed off. Good service is hard to find, but good customer service shouldn't be. I won't be using them again.

We bought a house at the foreclosure auction and the pool was in real rough shape. Michael and is team were able bring the pool back to blue, replace some equipment, and even do some concrete work on the pool. Everything came out great in a timely manner.

It is extremely rare that I write a review but I had to for Marco Polo Pools. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience and I am so grateful to have found them. Cole and Michael are a rare breed—professional, responsive, knowledgeable, fair/honest are the first things that come to mind.

My fiancé and I just bought our first home. The pool company that the previous owners were using told us that we would have to drain and refill the entire pool due to delayed maintenance and algae buildup; and they gave me an estimate of ~$2k to do so (this was after nearly a month to back and forth phone tag and missed appointments). I decided to get another opinion so I reached out to Marco Pools. Cole immediately responded that he would be at the house the very next day to inspect and see what our options were at the time. Fortunately, we did not have to dish out the $2k to drain the entire pool; instead, Cole showed up every day for nearly a week to apply treatment, vacuum and make sure the filters etc continued to run smoothly. In less than a week, he turned our swamp-colored pool water back to pristine blue. Incredible turnaround. And he was professional in communicating throughout the process with a quick daily text message to update the progress.
