Pinnacle Pools & Spas of Orlando

I decided to go with Pinnacle Pools and Spas because the experience so far up to contract has been excellent! Working with Nick and Nicole has been a great experience. They have been wonderful to work with - they are responsive, kind, answer all the questions, have great suggestions, and really help with the whole process. I was able to sit with them and they helped walk me through several designs and worked with me on getting the design I wanted while keeping budget in mind. I also got the see the equipment they will be using as well as to see the finishes/quality of the materials in person. So far Pinnacle the experience has been great and I'm looking forward to starting construction soon!

We just signed our contract for our custom pool, and we are so excited for this journey! From the very beginning, the process has been smooth, professional, and reassuring. We are currently at the gunite phase of our pool project, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Pinnacle Pools and Spas of Oviedo. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! What used to be a backyard we avoided has been completely transformed into a beautiful space our family enjoys almost every day. From the very beginning, Nick Barnes was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Our yard had a challenging slope, but the team came in with a thoughtful, well designed plan to handle it, including adding stairs and a custom railing for our back door that was done beautifully and fits perfectly with the space. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive and took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns that came up. Now, 8 months later, we’re still just as happy with our pool as the day it was finished. We truly feel like we gained a whole new part of our home. Highly recommend!

We are still in the early stages of our pool project, but so far Pinnacle has been amazing. Since our first interaction at our home they have been very upfront, communicative, and professional. We have been working with Wyatt and he has been super on it and available to answer all of our many questions and stay in touch throughout the entire process so far. We had a very specific vision for our backyard/pool and feel like Wyatt is definitely on the same page and made it all come to life on the design side. We have had several meetings at the office to go over the building details, pick out our colors etc, and also met the owner of the company. We are so excited to get the next steps rolling and to see our finished pool in the next few months!
