We had an excellent experience with Premiere Pools from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, the pricing was fair and competitive, and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new pool. He pointed out several inaccuracies and important details that other companies had overlooked, which really helped us make an informed decision. She has been incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful whenever we've had questions. It's reassuring to know that the company continues to provide excellent customer service even after the pool is completed. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, the project was handled professionally, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We recently had our old pool removed and a brand new pool built by Premier Pools of Central Florida, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial design process to the final completion, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. In 2020 Premier Pools did a wonderful job replacing an old pool with modern beautiful results. Six years later we had a minor glass tile problem that required stripping and replacing the spa tiles. Premier Pools graciously took care of the entire issue at no charge and again the pool/spa looks amazing. Leslie, Matt and everyone there was helpful, easy to work with and kept to schedule. I can highly recommend them.
