My husband and I recently purchased a new hot tub from All Spa and Hot Tub and the service we received was beyond exceptional!We had used them in the past to service our old hot tub and found them to be extremely knowledgeable, honest and reasonable.When it came time to purchase a new one, coming here was an easy decision.Removal of the old tub and installation of the new one ended up being a very tricky job because of the location. But, they showed they had great problem solving skills and were successful!! All debris was cleaned up and the area was left the way they found it.I can't praise Dwayne, Carol and all the technicians enough.HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all your hot tub needs!
I called All Spa based on a referral from Taunton Pools.I had an issue with temperature over heating due to the water falling below the jets. I was super stressed! The gentleman that answered the phone helped me troubleshoot the tub over the phone. I did as directed. I still wasn’t sure it was the fix and decided to call back in the evening as I hadn’t seen much improvement. When I spoke to another gentleman, he too said that this would resolve the problem. I nervously waited patiently until the next day and voila! It was fixed. So so thankful for their guidance over the phone. I will definitely be purchasing all of my products from them and will reach out for any services needed.

The heater in our swim spa stopped working and tripped the power so we needed a repair. All Spa and Hot Tub LTD was professional, helpful and efficient. The repair tech came and worked on the spa and found the issue quickly and replaced the part. Last time I had to replace my heater, it cost almost $1,000 but this was one replaceable part and with the service call and part, only cost me $235. He offered some advice about keeping things working smoothly in the future and some tips. I highly recommend calling All Spa and Hot Tub LTD for incredible service. They are my #1 call in the future for service and supplies.
We bought a new house, and it came with a hot tub. We were super excited. When the warmer weather came around, I started to fill our hot tub. That’s when I noticed water pouring from three of the corners of the tub. We called ALL SPA & HOT TUB LTD. We booked an appointment, and Scott came to our place to access our tub. He opened up the tub and tried to add water and noticed a cracked pipe right away. He informed us that the previous owner did NOT winterize the tub. They had only turned the jets off. He replaced the main pipe attached to the main motor. He also removed multiple jets that were cracked. Plus multiple seals that were also cracked due to water freezing. Showed us all the parts that needed replacing. As he added more water he noticed that the wet end of our motor 2 was cracked. He even showed us the damage. He took the pump away to replace the cracked connector. A few days later he brought it back and we were able to fill the tub. Upon turning on the power, he noticed that our pump 3 was now leaking. Again he showed us and took that pump away to fix it. However, we were now able to use our hot tub as pump 1 and 2 were operating. A few days later he brought pump 3 back and now we have a fully operational tub. Scott could have taken advantage of this situation, and changed everything inside the tub, but he did NOT, he was amazing!! Scott was so honest and professional that we now not only calling them to servicing, but also buy all of our products from them also. If you want honest and reliable service don’t hesitate to call them.
