Sandra is the absolute best!! We have followed her from Bowmanville due the poor service & wrong information provided to us. Its worth the drive to see Sandra at TAVS she will never disappoint she knows her stuff, takes the time to explain in details you customers, she doesnt sell what you dont need. Hello, what can I say about these fine folks. Pool owner for 14 years. Been using them since, they really came in clutch for me when I was replacing the water line to my fliter. Long story short. I cracked my threads on my water pump housing. Tavs pools had a used hayword body to sell me. It was such a grwat price so quick. The owner stopped what he was doing to get it ready for me within a hour! I was a company he saved me money but being a home owner. He also saved me money hahaha thanks for the awesome help and service. More or less people, if you are in oshaea Tavs has everything you need plus. Very smart folks that can guide you.

Sandra has helped me with my pool for years, and I've followed her wherever she works because she truly knows her stuff. Her knowledge of water chemistry and pool equipment is excellent, and my pool has never looked better thanks to her advice. She's honest, professional, and never tries to sell products I don't need. I'm so thankful to still have her as my "pool girl" after all these years. Highly recommend her for trustworthy advice and great customer service. Tav Pools and Water Kingdom really knocked this one out of the park when they hired Sandra Lamers.

I usually open my own pool but this year I won a free pool opening from Tav at the Durham Home Show. What an excellent experience. The crew was fantastic, super friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Communication was great, I couldn’t recommend them more. Great job, I will definitely use them again!!!
