I am so thrilled to have found Jesse and his team! Late last summer, I bought a home with an inground pool that I kept having to top up with water. Jesse came to do a leak search and concluded that I needed a new liner - he was able to show me where the leaks were. I paid a deposit in the fall to reserve my new liner and opening this spring. Jesse reached out a couple times over the winter so that I could pick the liner colour/pattern. On new liner day - everything was as planned, he organized the water truck and left everything neat, tidy and running! It looks perfect and we are enjoying every minute of pool time! Highly recommend!!!
I contacted West Cove Pools at the end of August 2025 to get a quotation for a vinyl pool liner replacement as well as a mesh safety cover to rejuvenate a 40-year-old inground pool.Jesse responded immediately, came back with the best pricing compared with the other pool companies that I had contacted, and we agreed to split the project into 2 parts with the safety cover to be installed this fall, followed by the pool liner in the spring of 2026. Jesse even offered to throw in a complimentary pool closing now and a pool opening next spring as part of the overall installation process, which I happily accepted.I was also encouraged by all of the positive reviews that West Cove Pools had amassed over the years, which helped solidify my decision to go with them.Communications regarding the progress on the fabrication process for the made-to-measure safety cover was as well as the finalization of the target mid-October installation date were seamless and timely, and Jesse kept me fully informed throughout. The installation was completed as promised, and I was very impressed by both the quality of the workmanship as well as the cover itself.It was a pleasure working with Jesse and his team for this first phase of my pool restoration project, and I look forward to a similar positive experience next spring when the vinyl pool liner replacement will be completed as well.UPDATE:Jesse's office contacted me at the end of April 2026 to advise that the pool liner which I had ordered in the fall of 2025 had arrived and was ready for installation. Apparently, I was one of the first customers to be scheduled for this type of work this spring in order to give him a leg up on his regular pool openings that were now imminent as well. Worked for me...the sooner the better - lol!The basic installation was completed on April 27, 2026, and Jesse came by later in the week to complete the finishing touches once the pool had been filled with water. Everything went well and as expected, and we were very pleased with the results.The only minor glitch occurred when starting up the pool circulation/filtration system because the required water pressure could not be fully achieved initially. I contacted Jesse to investigate, and he responded promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being an air leak in one of the fittings to the pool pump which he replaced, and the matter was resolved satisfactorily.As I had already mentioned in my initial review regarding the installation of a new mesh safety cover, this pool liner replacement was also done professionally and efficiently, with timely and excellent communications throughout.I highly recommend Jesse and his team for anyone else seeking similar work to be done on their pool, and I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future should the need arise.
