From start to finish this entire experience with our liner replacement was fantastic. We were nervous as to how it would go with the unknowns of what the frame of the pool would look like underneath (it’s not a new pool by any means) but we were well assured by every member of your staff that was involved. The quality in workmanship, down to the cleanliness of the work vehicles was absolutely top notch. London and his team were quick and efficient with the old liner removal; friendly and helpful at the same time. Mohammad and Julian did a perfect job installing the new liner in a matter of a couple of hours and answered every question we had with expert knowledge . After having had a not-so-great experience in the past with another company, dealing with GBI was a breath of fresh air. Thank you to everyone involved for a perfectly executed job.
After reading the Google reviews and Facebook recommendations, I decided to go with GBI Pool Services for my pool liner replacement. From the initial quote, taking measurements and to the final installation of the liner, the entire process was seamless.While dealing with Melissa in the office, when she said she was going to email me or follow up on something, she always did, I didn’t have to chase or ask twice. Zoe organized a seamless installation.Mohammod and Julie, who installed our liner did an amazing job. Not only were they personable and professional, their work was meticulous and detail oriented. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and our new pool liner looks fantastic!
Install of my new liner went smooth with Mohammed and his assistant :) Pricing was fair after getting a few local quotes and they met the original estimated install timelines.Surprised though to be told last minute I had to have my bottom drain cemented over due to Ontario laws. So communication and setting expectations up front could’ve been handled better there - no fault of the install tech though. Can’t find anything backing this up online for residential pools.Edit: noticed water levels kept dropping since the new liner - my return jet in the deep end now has the threads cracked and leaks 1-2” of water a day - being resolved as could technically have been pre-existing and getting a frakenplug installed to remedy.
Another experience of amazing service from GBI. I had an issue when I was opening my pool (pump would not prime) which prevented us from being able to open it. After much troubleshooting, I contacted GBI for a service call on a Wednesday. Even during their busiest time of year, they squeezed in a technician to come within 48 hours. He resolved our issue within a few minutes and we were then able to proceed with opening the pool. The technicians are always so nice, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you! You’re truly the best.
Mohammad, who installed our new liner, was great. Friendly, and answered any questions we had and also went over everything when they were done. They had the liner completely installed in under 1 day (drain and prep was done the prior day by another team).
