We always have found him to be prompt, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. I have and will continue to highly recommend Linertek to friends and family.
After a mishap with the hedge trimming company dropping a ladder into the pool and ripping our liner last fall, the Linerteck crew was amazing from start to finish. The measurement, ordering, quick scheduling and ultimately the fit of the liner installation was really precise for an odd shaped pool. The team also corrected a few issues from previous installation and made some important recommendations for improving functionality of our system (which no one had previously noticed!). Overall a great experience and highly recommended.
We had a very good experience w Linerteck, Trevor and the installation guys. Our pool looks amazing again. I can definitely recommend them.Only reason I am not giving full marks is (and this should not deter you from hiring them, the work was excellent so this is more feedback to the owner):- the installers did not change the 2 light caps which were easy to reach (but they did change the various other flanges), so they stand out with their yellowed plastic- we had to ask for updates over the course of several weeks, whereas nowadays a simple text of status (eg ready to schedule measurements, measurements complete, liner ordered, liner received etc) would have been easy.- we had to pay cash for the water refill which is not cool (who carries 500 cash!)But these are minor (just not minor enough to ignore in the rating); the work was careful and well done and efficient with minimal disruption so I would hire them again (but we'll discuss the above issues next time ??), and I'm glad to be supporting a local business that does a good job. Go Linerteck!

We’ve had a great experience with Linerteck Pools here in Ottawa. Trevor, the owner, was excellent to deal with from start to finish. After moving in, we had them install a safety cover, and the process was smooth and professional.In the spring, we had a new liner installed, and Dan and his installation team were absolute pros. When they discovered rusted pool walls, they handled all the restoration work properly. The new liner looks fantastic, and the follow-up service has been top-notch. We went with midnight ocean.Highly recommend Linerteck Pools for their quality work and excellent customer service.
