Pretty easy to write a 5 star review when everything goes smoothly and there are no issues. That was not our experience with Puddle Pools because we had two issues that did not go according to plan. Both issues were resolved promptly and at our time frame, which when you are dealing with a pool company in June and July, that is great service. Puddle Pools and our landscaper turned our backyard into a resort. We spent a few months interviewing pool builders before choosing Puddle Pools, and working with them to get to the finish line, it is clear we made the best choice.The very first consultation with Zach, I learnt lot more than all previous companies that I met. Clear explanation for the various options. Then we had an opportunity to see similar fiberglass pools that we were thinking of and the various colors.We started very late last fall, had the pool, landscaping, hot tub, and fence all done in a span of 6 weeks between end of September and early November before the first snowfall. The quality of work and communication has been outstanding. Zach and his team has been available through this summer teaching me pool maintenance, and visiting us several times to even show maintenance.Excellent work overall, and very fairly priced (the lowest) in comparison with others. Highest possible recommendation.
Both Zach and Richard are always patient with us since we are first time pool owners. Doesn't matter if its an email or a phone call, they take the time to talk to us, give us their insights and offer assistance. Just this morning, i had an issue with my heating unit and Zach went above to get me to the right direction.
We hired Puddles for a complex pool reno (including stamped concrete work). A number of unexpected problems were identified during the job but Puddles saw every single one to resolution and to our complete satisfaction. All of the staff were great to deal with, the owners (Zach and Jason) are very understanding and accommodating. I was in the market to have a safety net installation. I requested quotation from big shops in Ottawa. Then I found puddle Pool Services online and gave them a chance.The quotations from the big shops were so sloppy and careless. A paragraph and then a huge price tag. Puddle Pool Services had the most professional quotation and most competitive price (significantly).At first I was a bit hesitant, I asked about services and material through email, and James replied with the most courteous and patient manner.They came on the date that they promised to measure, on the date that they promised to install. They have done very professional job. I certanly recommend them.
