Waited another two weeks, called, and was told 10 more days. Then told it was in and would arrive that week. Nobody showed. Called the next week, same promise, same result. Called again today and was finally told there is no lid at all.Asked for a refund. Was told their credit card machine doesn’t work, so they’ll have to mail a check. Still waiting on that too.I get backorders. I get that service hiccups happen. What I don’t get is the total lack of communication. No callbacks, no updates, no ownership, no plan. Every bit of progress came from me chasing them down.This place may have been solid in the past. Right now it’s a mess, and I can’t recommend it.

I'd like to specifically thank the Delivery Team who went above and beyond during my Hot Tub Installation. I had to level up my Hot Tub pad, so they came back a second day in a row, on New Year's Eve & worked late just to ensure I had a great customer experience. I can't say enough about their professionalism, team work, punctuality & attention to detail. Adam was great throughout the sales process as well. Great local company to do business with. 5 Stars!
Ryan was our guy and guided us through the entire process. When we chose to go Hot Springs Spa Kansas City, we had heard they offered the best service after the fact. I can confirm from the time we order to install and now two months after they are still providing great service and helping us along the way. The product is amazing, but the reason these guys do so well is the service and help after the fact. I would recommend these gentleman to anyone looking for a new hot tub.
Amazing Experience with Hot Springs Spa of KC & RyanIn early March 2025, we casually decided to check out hot tubs—just to look, with no real intention of buying one. Hot Springs Spa of KC was our second stop, and that’s where everything changed.We found a spa that checked nearly all of our boxes. Ryan was fantastic from the start—knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. He walked us through the features of each model and answered all our questions. We actually left to visit a few more dealers and grab lunch, but during lunch we realized the spa we saw at Hot Springs Spa of KC was the one. We went back and placed a deposit that same day.Ryan made the entire process smooth. He offered optional accessories without any pressure—later we opted to get the cover lifter, which turned out to be a must-have. The team was also incredibly patient as we prepped our space and got electrical work done.Delivery was timely, professional, and well-handled. After the spa was installed, I called Ryan a couple of times for help with the chemicals and water balancing. He walked me through everything step by step, which was incredibly helpful.Overall, I can’t recommend Ryan and Hot Springs Spa of KC enough. From the first visit through post-delivery support, the experience has been top-notch. If you’re considering a hot tub, definitely talk to Ryan.
