JPS Pool & Spa has been maintaining my pool for several months now, and they have been great, because the techs show up on time, and leave a detailed note of the work they've done. They have been pro-active about flagging issues before they become bigger, more expensive problems, and they are patient, and answer questions, which I appreciate as a new pool owner, while billing has been simple, exactly what we discussed. They have been a bit difficult to work with to get things done around holidays, but they have communicated well with me, and overall, they provide very professional and reliable service.
Julio has been great! He has serviced and repaired countless pools for me residentially and professionally in hotels/resorts. Julio's Pool Service replastered our medium/large size community swimming pool and spa in Cathedral City, California, in December 2025. The job was professionally completed, on time, on budget and as promised. They were receptive to changes requested during the project. The final product looks exceptional! They have also been providing regular cleaning and maintenance of the pool and spa, as well as maintaining the water quality. That too has been done extremely well, the pool always looks great and the water quality is always maintained. They stand behind their product promising to maintain the water quality to ensure a long life to the new plaster. I would highly recommend them for replastering projects as well as regular pool maintenance and cleaning.
