Melo's Pools and Outdoors

We are delighted with the fountain that Melos recently built for us and can’t speak highly enough about the process of working with them. They were collaborative, friendly, made excellent suggestions on details we hadn’t thought of, and kept us regularly informed of the progress and next steps. Even weeks after the project was completed (and the final bill paid), they have checked in twice just to make sure everything is working properly and that we’re happy with it. Melos delivered a great final product and a great customer experience.

Melos Pool and Outdoors sent a great team to work on my pool renovation project. They are very professional meanwhile super friendly! Everyone from Project Manager Mauricio to Carlos, Pablo and Amber made the whole process smooth and successful. The result is great and I had a peaceful mind from day one to the end! Thank you for getting my pool shine again!

I had such a great experience with Melo’s Pools from start to finish! Mauricio in particular went above and beyond—he was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely kind and easy to work with, which made the whole process feel seamless. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and his clients’ satisfaction. This is honestly one of the most organized companies I’ve come across in the Coachella Valley—they have rigorous planning and truly impressive execution. You’ll end up with a beautifully made pool, and they walk you through every step of the permit and design process so nothing feels overwhelming. Everything was handled efficiently, communication was clear, and the end result exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both excellent service and a personal touch, but Melo’s Pools truly does. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pool services. Thank you to all of you guys who works in my house and made it happen!!

We recently moved from FL where we had previously had new pools built and renovated. We have experience with pool contractors and understand the process and cost involved. When we met with Pablo initially we were impressed by his knowledge, guidance and no nonsense approach. We the met with Pablo and Albert, the owner of the company to discuss the layout and next steps. The process, no pressure approach was amazing. We received the quote quickly and it was in line with what we expected to receive based on previous jobs. Communication was clear and transparent from our first meeting with Mauricio our job foreman all the way through to pool completion. Everyone that worked on the project was conscious of our property, how the work was being done and took great care and ownership in their work. You get to know this team as if they are family, Mauricio was very attentive and took great pride in making sure the job was done correctly. Carlos, took care of the startup as if it was his own pool, making sure we understood everything he was doing, every step of the way. You will be happy you hired Melo’s to build your new pool. Thank you to the entire team, Pablo, Albert, Mauricio, Joaquin, Rodrigo, Sebastian, Carlos and everyone in between. Great working with you all. Rod & John.

It’s been years since installing our pool. Melo was excellent and professional from start to finish, even accommodating our home build nightmare. Mauricio went above and beyond during the drawn out process (not caused by them) and to this day, he sticks out to us as a saving light. Melo is lucky to have such great teammates working for them. We love our pool and would choose Melo again!
