?? WARNING — READ BEFORE HIRING SUNKIST POOLS ??I am a licensed real estate broker and developer in the Coachella Valley. I hired Sunkist Pools for a $60k+ pool renovation in Palm Springs. Here is what I got:— Project abandoned 3+ months past the contracted completion date with the pool left unfinished.— Over $19,000 in equipment stolen by the Sunkist.— Gunite work left incomplete with a 4-inch deficit in the bond beam. Four independent pool contractors and two tile installers all inspected the work and refused to proceed — every single one said it did not meet basic construction standards.I have an active CSLB complaint, an active bond claim against Sunkist, and I am not the only client pursuing legal action against Al and Nathan — multiple clients have had this same experience.
If you would have asked me right after I got my pool installed I would have given a 5 star review as it was a pleasure working with Brady and his crew. However within a year of opening our pool it started toLook like it had a stained sand look to the bottom and steps. I had an elite poolCompany Claro-Stephen little state that he had seen this with many of Sunkist pools and it’s the product used. I trusted Sunkist soMuch that I fired Claro pools and hired another company who told me the same thing. I have reached out several times over the last year and told many times they would come by. Well it’s exactly a year since 1st contact and still nothing. I spent a lot of money on my pool that all I am asking is for it to be right. I should not have a pool that looks like it is 10 years old already :(.It’s suppose to white see below poolAnd spa.
We contracted to have our pool depth reduced and some other little items. The pool company we initially used was NOT perfect and the work was not done correctly. After the third attempt to reduce the pool depth we had Brady and Rob from Sunkist Pools come out and let us know what it would take to finish the project. Unfortunately, we had to almost start from scratch because of the prior contractor did not do the work properly.Brady and Rob gave us hope that this project would be done to our satisfaction. We were impressed with their professionalism and also the professionalism of both their workers and their subcontractors. There was only one item they were unable to fix from the prior contractor. They were able to complete the project in a matter of weeks where the prior contractor still had not completed the job after more than 4 months. They did an awesome job and we would definitely recommend Sunkist Pools for your remodel.
Amazing! Reliable, knowledgeable, great service! I cannot day enough good things about Rocky and Sunkist. I have gone through 3 pool cos. One sold the company, the other was over priced and now Sunkist. I’m just mad I didn’t find Sunkist first! I had a light go out in my pool 2 days before I was having 75 people over for an outdoor party. Rocky to the rescue. Would highly recommend using this company to anyone.
