We just purchased a home with a pool and jacuzzi in the back yard. Having never owned a pool before, we decided to interview the company who had been maintaining the pool, Swym Wyse Pool Cleaning. A gentleman named Karol ( pronounced Karl) showed up for the appointment). After Karol’s presentation it was a “no-brainer” that we would continue on with the service! Karol was knowledgeable about pool maintenance and did a great job of educating us on what pool ownership is all about. Karol was enthusiastic, very animated and entertaining and a genuinely nice guy to work with. After he completed the pool cleaning, he emailed a detailed summary of what services he performed on the pool and the condition of our pool at the time of the appointment. I would highly recommend Swym Wyse Pool Cleaning to anyone who owns a pool and is considering a maintenance service!
