As a short term rental owner in the Lower Grand Lagoon area, having reliable pool and spa service is critical to maintaining a five star guest experience. Tropical Spas & Pools has been outstanding.They have been servicing our property since November 2025 and consistently keep both our inground pool and standalone spa crystal clear and guest ready. They have also gone above and beyond when we needed help on short notice, including installing a pool filler during a heater leak and connecting our heater to a remote control system so we can manage pump schedules, water temperature, and pool lighting remotely.Dwayne has been especially helpful in coordinating everything and staying on top of communication. He makes it easy for us to keep the property in great shape even while managing things remotely.Because of their work, our backyard oasis is always ready for guests and continues to earn five star reviews. Logan has been awesome with helping us maintain a swim spa that was installed by the previous owner. Communication is great, they are reasonable with repair and service, and they recommend products and parts that actually last. His team of guys who come do the work do a great job. Highly recommend.
Absolutely lovely customer service and experience! Hot tub was delivered exactly on time when promised. Chris, was very attentive to installation process. He made sure that the cover lift and hot tub are perfectly leveled. He double-checked all measurements and screws at least 3 times! I was given a large sample pack of ALL needed chemicals and testing strips. In addition, Chris explained every step of checking water for all chemicals and than demonstrated every testing with balancing right in front of me and let me record the explanation how to do it. I was impressed how patient he was about millions of my questions. Furthermore, he repeatedly emphasized that if I have any questions about maintenance or buffering the pool water, I should not hesitate to call and come by the store and ask for help at no charge. I received absolutely amazing service. #honestreview #absolutelysatisfiedUPDATE 8-2-2017I had few issues with hot tub. I called Tropical Spa, and people came over the next day and fixed the issue at no cost as i have 5 year warranty. Great service =)
