They are nice people, but we didn’t use them for more than two months. Our pool was literally never balanced and despite multiple discussions and photos sent them them, they just couldn’t do the job. We got another quote, and the person that came out showed me how off the balance was, and the pool was fixed in 24 hours. They also made me pay $180 for the full month of a green pool + $6 processing for paying online. Watch out for the extra fees they charge just to pay.
We were originally going to go with plaster, but Robert suggested a pebble finish in blue and it turned out stunning. Robert and his team went above and beyond what I was expecting and we’re done in such a timely manner I was able to have several cookouts with the family before summer ended. Our pool was a conversation starter with how beautiful it turned out, I would highly recommend his services and if I could give it more stars I would!!
