I purchased a new Hotsprings Grandee from Healthmate and had a fantastic experience. Matt, my sales rep, helped me all throughout the process and ensured my delivery date was kept. Matt helped me pick and choose what cover was best for me and discussed the options available to me. I ended up getting the sound system and subwoofer added. During the installation phase he made sure my contractor had the necessary details for the electrical install as well as the dimensions for my concrete pad to be installed. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend getting in touch with them if you plan on purchasing a hot tub for your home.
