Expert Pool Cleaning Services

The pool service team has done an excellent job helping me clear up algae and understand the basics of pool care. My family recently bought a home with a pool, and I did not know much about water balance, cleaning, or regular maintenance. Thankfully, Brady was patient and took the time to explain everything in simple terms, from algae treatment to routine skimming, brushing, and keeping the pool looking clean in the Florida heat. Scheduling the first visit was quick and easy, and communication stayed great the whole time during the cleanup process. We plan to keep using this pool service and would highly recommend them for reliable maintenance and helpful support.

Anytime someone asks about pool service on the Nextdoor app in Pembroke Pines, you will usually see several comments recommending this pool company. The strong word of mouth is well deserved. I have used them several times for pool maintenance and repair, including filter cleaning, check valve replacement, heater replacement, and helping find a new motherboard for the pool controller system. Jordan was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the right way. They clearly explain the issue, walk through the best repair options, and never make you feel pressured into extra work. Every technician I have dealt with has been professional, experienced, and easy to work with. They understand pool equipment, circulation, and system performance, and they do quality work that keeps everything running smoothly in the Florida heat. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Pembroke Pines area looking for dependable pool service, repairs, and honest advice.

Fantastic experience with Expert Pool Cleaning Services. Neighbors told us they were the go-to team for pool cleaning and water feature care in Pembroke Pines, so we called and worked with Jordan on a smart service plan. The crew was professional, easy to reach, and kept everything simple from the start. While I was away, the work was finished, and later I needed help understanding the best way to clean, refill, and maintain the fountain and nearby pool area in the Florida heat. Jordan helped me right away through a few FaceTime calls and explained the cleaning steps, water care, and upkeep in a very clear way. Now I feel confident handling the basic maintenance, and we are still enjoying a clean, beautiful water feature and outdoor pool space. Highly recommend calling for pool cleaning and water feature service.

Outstanding pool cleaning service from Expert Pool Cleaning Services. The team is very professional, and they handle regular pool maintenance with great care and thorough work. Our experience with pool equipment installation was also very satisfying, and everything was explained clearly and completed smoothly. In the Florida heat, it is great to have a reliable company that keeps the pool clean, balanced, and running properly. I highly recommend them.

We had an amazing experience with this pool cleaning and renovation team. Jordan came out to look at our pool after we were dealing with algae and water clarity problems, and he gave us a clear plan for cleaning, equipment updates, and surface improvements. What started as help for a pool issue turned into a full upgrade with a spa addition, new coping, fresh tile, a change from plaster to pebble, and a new pool filter system that has made a huge difference in circulation and overall pool care. The whole process was handled in a very professional way, and the pricing was competitive. Communication stayed strong from start to finish, and every step was explained in simple terms, from algae treatment and resurfacing to the new filtration setup and finish details. The crew stayed on schedule and even finished ahead of the expected timeline, which was especially impressive with the typical Florida rain in Pembroke Pines. The final result completely exceeded our expectations. The pool looks beautiful, the water stays much cleaner, and the new system makes regular pool maintenance much easier. Jordan was our estimator and project manager through the entire job, and he was helpful, professional, and easy to work with the whole time. I would absolutely use this company again and will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for pool cleaning, pool renovation, resurfacing, or equipment upgrades in Pembroke Pines. We are excited to enjoy the pool all summer long.
