Im just putting a small pool in my backyard and was lookig for some advice for a start up procedure, and my neighbors highly recommend them. I walked in and the lady at the counter was not thrilled at all to talk to me. First question was "did you buy the pool from us?" I replied no, and she said well we don't know the salt parameters so can't help you as its not our equipment. After some back and forth another employee came over during our conversation and did some quick googling and was able to help me out (he was good and helpful). But really, I was more than willing to buy all my chemicals from them, but after that, nope. She was not welcoming, friendly, or helpful.
Used to come here few years back when as a renter we had an inground pool. They were always super kind and helpful. Went today as we have a new inground pool and still were super helpful and will buy our chemicals from here once we run out. Glad to know they are still helpful even though we weren't purchasing anything.
Had a really good experience so far with Deckside. I purchased my hot tub and they delivered it successfully even though I live out of town. Very friendly staff helped me set everything up. Definitely recommend! I shopped all over for a hot tub from Kelowna to Penticton and was most impressed by this place because Dan was not pushy like some spa salespeople can be! AND was very responsive with all of my inquiries and help in getting everything set up. Much appreciated!
I needed to have my pool completely revamped. Dan and his team came out and made measurements for a new liner and even helped me get the right contractor for the cement that needed to be poured as the pool had previously been dirt only. They’ve come every summer since to open up and every fall to close and I have been very happy with their work. I’ve also found the in store, staff helpful and willing to educate me as needed.
We hd a great experience with Dan and his crew at Deckside…from the selection of the right tub and accessories to delivery, installation, start up and training…..Old school service where customers do matter…just like the old daysDan, be very proud of your team!!Highly recommend H2O tubs , just a great tub!!!
