Highly recommend! We walked in one day to buy some product to see if we could troubleshoot our hot tub. After discussing the issue with Eric, we knew we wanted him to come and troubleshoot it. Eric was always very straightforward and clear about what the status was with the hot tub and how he was going to troubleshoot it/fix it. He also was careful with regards to the time and money spent, to give us the best price possible for the repair. (In the past, we used another business and communication was terrible, prices were high, scheduling was difficult, and in the end, they didn't fix it....only made it worse.) Thank goodness for Eric!
A nice family owned business!The employees here are awesome! They’re always super helpful when I come in for pool chemicals. Prices can be a little high sometimes but definitely worth it for the service. It’s nice to go somewhere that actually cares about helping you keep your pool in good shape. Definitely my go to for shopping local!
So happy that I purchased our hot tub through Champion Pool! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me all the models and features that were available so I could make an informed decision. They were very quick with the delivery once the spa came in and also worked with me on making sure I got the water chemistry right. Staff provided water sample testing and detailed recommendations for products and amounts. I'll absolutely be going back to Champion in the future for anything pool/spa related!
Here for a response! Walked in yesterday and one no greeted me and no customer was inside ! Very unwelcoming feeling took them 5 minutes for them ask me if I needed anything. I guess they where to busy talking with each other !!! Prices where outrages , i ended up ordering what I needed for half the price !How that for a review!!
