Epic Pools

We just moved into the Metamora, IL area. With a new in-ground pool, I was able to have Bryan come over and help explain how the pool operates. We have a salt pool and he was able to explain what the salt does, how to balance pH and chlorine, and did a test for me. He talked me through how the filter and heater system works. Overall, Epic Pools customer service and Bryan, the tech, was very polite, helpful, and patient with questions I had. I highly recommend Epic pools for their great customer service and support with the pool.

We had our pool installed by Epic Pools in the summer of 2025 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tyler did an outstanding job overseeing the project—he was always helpful, responsive, and available whenever we had questions, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The office team, Brittany and Sophia, are incredibly organized and make sure every question we have is answered promptly and thoroughly. Overall, we have been extremely happy with Epic Pools from start to finish. The quality of work and level of service exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool installation or service.

We recently had our fiberglass pool installed and had a great experience working with the team at Epic Pools. From the initial design phase through installation, they were knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. The project stayed on track, and the crew did a great job communicating what to expect throughout the process. The install itself went smoothly, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The finished product turned out exactly how we envisioned, and it’s been a great addition to our backyard. We even had a friend over who recently had a pool installed by a different company, and his first comment was, “Epic Pools really pays attention to the details.” That pretty much summed up our experience. We also want to give a shoutout to Vancil Concrete. They did a phenomenal job, paid attention to every detail, and helped us lay out a patio space that we’re really proud of. Their crew was not only professional, but by the time they left, they felt like family. Overall, pools are an expensive addition to a backyard, but if you want to be proud of every aspect of the build, Epic Pools is the only option. We’re very happy with how everything turned out, and our family is excited to enjoy this space and create memories that will last a lifetime.

From day one, my experience with Epic Pools has been top notch. The entire Epic team is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions I had. Their workmanship was superb and I really appreciated their timeliness as it related to scheduling, build, and follow through.
