Tiki Pool & Spas has been my go to place for pool care for years. The staff is always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. No matter what my water looks like, they always seem to know exactly what it needs. They're the only place I've found that truly understands "pool chem," and every year they help me get my pool crystal clear.I never feel like they're just trying to sell me products. They take the time to explain what I need and why, which I really appreciate. When the time comes for us to upgrade to an in-ground pool, they'll be the first place I call. I can't recommend them enough! ????Side note: Mary was the best. Find her first when you get there!
Had them open up our pool for the season and they completely drained it (which you should never do with a fiberglass pool since the water pressure is necessary for structural stability). Pool now has a bulge and a large crack on the bottom that was not there before. Do your own research. Tikki Pools has been around for a while, but there are new owners, who are landscapers “dabbling “ in pool maintenance.Charged us $1700 to remove leaves prior to draining our pool. Paid them off to get them out if our lives and backyard.
Maybe my expectations were too high! Started weekly service at end of May, still do not have a clear pool. I informed them early on that the pool was extremely dirty. I was told they would come out & clean 2 consecutive days but that has not happened. I was told they offer a “school” but that education has yet to occur. The times placed on my weekly pool service form do not match the times that my cameras show work being done unless it takes 20 minutes to complete the form in their truck/van. On a positive, it appears they are putting the chemicals in that show up on my report. I’ll finish this season’s services but greatly disappointed.
The staff at this pool store is always so friendly and helpful! Every time I come in, they take the time to test my water and walk me through exactly what I need to get my pool balanced. I really appreciate their knowledge and great customer service — it makes pool maintenance so much easier!
People show up and walk into our yard without notifying us or checking if we are home or if our dogs are out, (we have a very big lot and an invisible fence for our two dogs - I asked the owner what would have happened if her guys came into my yard and got bit?!!!???!?! It would have been my fault and I did not appreciate that they took that risk) they walked across our yard that had grass seed that was just starting to grow, they leave stuff like their dolly just sitting at the end of our driveway way, and leave, they knew our sand filter was broken at the end of summer last year, they were supposed to get another filter ordered and installed and open our pool at the beginning of May, but they didn’t, here we are a week into June and they finally installed the new sand filter but didn’t tighten clamps or check anything. I do not recommend Tiki Pool. I can do stuff half assed myself for free.The female owner called me back on this and I explained the situation to her and in the end I told her that I was explaining everything that transpired this week (as she talked over me) in hopes that she would want to make her business better and she hung up on me.Just lost a customer of three years.
