Our pool was down over a week. We, unfortunately, were working with our home warranty and the “vendors” they were trying to schedule us with were either non-responsive or lacked customer service skills. Finally, our warranty company agreed to let us find someone on our own, and that’s when we found Tritan. My wife spoke with Carlos over the phone and he had a tech over that afternoon. Troy showed up, when promised, diagnosed the issue and let us know it was an easy fix. Unfortunately, he did not have the right component on his truck, and it was late in the day, but with in an hour we had a formal estimate and a link to schedule. Again, my wife to the rescue, she got everything scheduled. Yesterday, Scott came out, spent 10 minutes to fix the problem and we are up and running! I wish everyone we deal with has the customer service and follow through that Tritan Pools proved they have! I will use them again and have them on speed dial now! Installed a new pool pump. Everything was very efficient and thorough. I liked that everything was labeled and painted. Works great. I would recommend to everyone who. It is a 100 percent improvement.
Triton pools came and took my pool from algae laden to the clearest it has been since we moved into our house. During the diagnosis period Travis was very communicative about what he was planning to do. Every question I had asked, his experience and expertise was there to help me better understand my pool system. He was very fair with his assessment and after everything was complete I decided to enroll in the weekly pool cleaning because of the experience and expertise that was demonstrated.
