We had a fantastic experience with The Spasmith!! I knew they only dealt with quality, newer used hottubs and they found us a great one that matched our needs and desires perfectly! The owner went above and beyond with installation; he was punctural and had a respectful and skiled crew. He took the time to explain everything and the price was definitely fair!! Rarely will find ever find someone in any trade that is so skilled and can solve your problem with such thoughtfulness. I know I am hiring vendors for real estate project's and properties all the time. Five stars is not enough!!
Nico is very knowledgeable and wonderful at what he does. We purchased our hot tub from him a year ago and we absolutely love it!!! We chose to keep Nico for servicing our hot tub. We don’t even have to think about anything he comes weekly to take care of the water and anything we need related to the hot tub. My husband, son, and I enjoy our hot tub year round. It’s relaxing, therapeutic, and good time spent hanging out. Thanks Nico!!!!
We bought a used tub from Niko. His price was totally reasonable and he delivered it for free. Additionally, for no extra charge, he provides a one year warranty. We had a small problem and he was out the next day! Don't let the small store fool you, Niko is an honest, hard working professional.
My spa was leaking and Niko came out and fixed it and I paid the invoice. After he fixed it however the jets would not go on (jet button did nothing). I called him and he came out to fix it. Then I received a $150 invoice from him for fixing the jet button that was working before he repaired the leak. When I questioned the invoice he asked if I could pay $50 instead. I said I didn’t think I should pay for him to repair something he broke. He then said he canceled that invoice and that I should call someone else if I needed spa repair work in the future. He then said I couldn’t prove that the spa button was working before he came out. If it wasn’t working before he came out I would have told him it needed repair when I first contacted him. This is terrible customer service.
