I could not be happier with having chosen Heritage Pools for my fiberglass pool! We did tons of market research and it became evident right away that Heritage came highly-regarded with a very strong reputation via word of mouth. We contacted multiple companies and it was oddly difficult or convoluted in many instances which was bizarre. Dealing with Heritage on the other hand was exactly what you hoped it would be like. Once we engaged, Al, Austin, Dave and honestly the entire team were fantastic to deal with every step of the way which meant a ton to us on such a significant purchase. During the initial stage prior to signing, Al didn’t try to upsell anything and was just an honest broker who listened to our wants and concerns. In response, he provided logical suggestions and things we never considered which really helped us lock in on the specs and details we wanted. Throughout the dig and build, the entire team was incredibly friendly, timely, kept a tidy worksite, and happily answered all of my (likely too many) questions along the way. They take the time to walk you through what everything is, how it works, maintenance tips, etc. It truly was a fully comprehensive experience that was so appreciated. What seemed like a scary undertaking upon completion considering I never had a pool growing up, I actually felt quite ready and comfortable to be a pool guy – which was a relief. It was these Google reviews that led me to Al's company, Heritage Pools. They did not disappoint. You don't meet a fancy salesman then get some random crew to come complete your pool. I met the owner Al on the first meeting. After that, I don't think there was a day during the project that he wasn't there. In addition to that, the rest of the crew, especially Ron in the office, we're friendly and professional. The communication is excellent. We had many roadblocks with township/permit issues that their experience helped our family navigate to get this project complete. You will hear many nightmare stories about pool builders, it is a tough decision to pick someone to trust with such a big project. Heritage Pools delivered the pool of our dreams. Al and crew were easy to work with and thoughtful at every step of the way. Helped us work through some zoning difficulties as well. We just finished our third year with this amazing fiberglass, heated, saltwater pool and its completely transformed our backyard in the best way. We subscribe to opening and closing service as well and they've been super reliable. Highly recommend this company.
