Kevin and his team went above and beyond to solve the problem with our heater, coordinate with the manufacturer to get the correct parts and issue a credit leveraging our warranty from a faulty part. Superior customer service. The repair team lead by Charlie were professional and great to work with from start to finish.
I would highly recommend Summit Pools. Charlie, our repair tech, was courteous and very professional. The repair was a warranty repair arranged through the equipment supplier. Unfortunately that company did not diagnose to issue correctly but Charlie was able to quickly determine the problem with our very complex system. He had me back up in running within 12 hours of receiving the correct part. I can’t be more thankful for Summit Pools and Charlie. This equipment is integral to my animal physiotherapy practice. I will definitely reach out to Summit “fur” any future concerns with this piece of equipment OR for our indoor full sized pool!
It's rare that a company will actually surpass expectations, but that was precisely our experience with Summit. After dealing with an intense algae problem, they were able to revive our pool to sparkling conditions within a couple weeks. This was following a period of six weeks with a previous company, during which time the condition of the pool had only deteriorated. Kevin, Paul, and the rest of the team have been proactive and taken ownership of the problem, resulting in remarkably quick results. From swamp to swimmable, we are very pleased with their customer service and applicable knowledge to remediate complicated pool mechanics. Before and after photos included!
Summit Pools provided excellent service for our pool this year! We contacted them on short notice to have our pool opened quickly, and they were able to accommodate us in their schedule. Their work was amazing! I highly recommend their services, and I especially appreciate John for his extra effort. Thanks again!
