Desert Island Pools

I can’t say enough good things about Desert Island Pools! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely incredible. They responded quickly to our initial inquiry and had someone out to take care of our pool in no time. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind—something that’s hard to come by these days. Not only was the service fast, but the price was also fantastic—truly great value for the high-quality work they delivered. It's rare to find a company that combines efficiency, affordability, and amazing customer care all in one, but Desert Island Pools does it flawlessly. Highly recommend them to anyone needing pool service—you won’t be disappointed!

Desert Island Pools turned our vision into a reality! The attention to detail and professionalism that Nicole and Norm bring to the table are truly top-notch. It's hard to find a contractor who treats your pool as if it were their own. Their patience in guiding us through pebble color choices, tile selections, and pool care education is simply superb. I highly recommend Desert Island Pools to family and friends. Our yard doesn't even show signs of the removal of the old plaster, plumbing, and tile work performed. They restored the pool to a show piece and the entire yard to its original condition (minus a few weeds). Moreover, these professionals always answer their phones or promptly return calls. Thank you, Desert Island Pools, for your exceptional service!

I recently had my entire pool remodeled by Desert Island Pools and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They completely exceeded my expectations and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. I got estimates from several companies, but Nicole and Norm stood out with their professionalism, attention to detail, and competitive pricing. The entire team was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They were always available to answer my questions and kept me updated daily on the progress of the project. Desert Island Pools converted my leaking, in-ground vinyl pool into a PebbleTec play pool and the finished product is even more beautiful than I imagined it could be! I highly, highly recommend D.I.P. to anyone looking for a top-notch pool remodeling company!!

We needed our pool drained and fresh start. Nicole and Norm are AMAZING and came out right away to drain, fill, and get the chemicals started. Clarke also came and fixed a leaking jet in our spa. So grateful for their work on our pool. We would 100% use them for any pool updates or needs. THANK YOU! Much love to you guys????
