We had an excellent experience with Dolphin Pools, which consisted of an inground pool, front yard, and back yard landscaping. Making this more challenging for Dolphin Pools was that we had not owned a pool before and we were not present at the property about 95% of the time due to family obligations out of state. We found Dolphin Pools to be trustworthy and truthful, which was crucial given our circumstances. Dustin was our designer and he impressively took our obscure thoughts and converted them into an initial design that we did not even need to modify. Since this was our first pool, we needed someone who was patient and could explain everything about pools and Dolphin's equipment to us. I can't adequately describe how perfectly Dustin did this for us. He was always available to answer (many redundant) questions and never seemed rushed when helping us. During construction, Adam became our POC and he was equally patient and knowledgable. Through Adam and Dolphin's office staff, we were kept informed regarding construction scheduling. Because of our extended absences, this was essential and during a few occasions Dolphin modified their schedule to accommodate our travels. The few post-construction issues we had have been handled , promptly and without any resistance. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dolphin Pools. From design to post-construction warranty items, they have been responsive, professional, friendly and honest.

We had a fantastic experience with Dolphin Pools from start to finish. Chris Manno in sales was awesome to work with. He took the time to understand what we wanted, guided us in the right direction, and helped us build our dream pool while making sure we spent our money wisely. Nick Manno was outstanding on-site, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the construction process. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of the project and keeping things on track. Jake Wozniak was always just a phone call away whenever we had questions. No matter what came up, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help us understand the process. The entire Dolphin Pools team made what could have been a stressful project an enjoyable experience. They truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Dolphin Pools is the only pool builder I will ever use, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool.

If you are looking for a competent pool builder, I will save you a lot of time searching. Jean-Luc Bergevin of Dolphin Pools was assigned to help me through a pretty difficult process dealing with Gila County. Every step of the process was made perfectly clear. If I did not understand something in the pool design and permitting process, Jean-Luc took his time and explained it to me. He composed drawings which showed in detail proposed sites for my pool. He worked with me and helped me design my pool and went beyond my expectations in dealing with Gila County. And the most important part - he came in under budget! I have to move a car port and storage shed for the new pool location before we can proceed. If you read Dolphin Pools’ reviews, and choose them to build your pool - I doubt you will be disappointed. I look forward to completing my dream pool with Jean-Luc’s help. I live in Tonto Basin Arizona and Dolphin Pools was the only company willing to work in my area. Warren Lovell

Wonderful experience with Dolphin Pool. Gina Noga was our rep and she was fantastic. This is the first pool we have ever had and she was thoughtful and patient with us. She walked us through every even after we changed our minds on designs and materials. The package for our 14x28 along with pool deck, pavers, and rock was a steal. Highly recommend.

We just had our pool finished by Dolphin it turned out better than we could have imagined. Joe is who we started with. Very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. Nick was our project lead and did a great job communicating with us throughout the process. Danny was a pleasure to work with and we are still working with Maria for any warranty issues along the way (none so far). Every one of these individuals was excellent to work with. As far as the contractors I would like to give a huge shout out to the concrete peps they took pride in every step and made sure we were satisfied with their work before leaving the site. Lastly, the landscaping company Dolphin used was great! They moved a few things around to work and even set up our daughters' playhouse with a nice piece of turf under it. Top-notch work!
