We Fix Ugly Pools

We had an outstanding experience with WFUP! In less than 2 weeks they completely resurfaced our pool and are already filling it with water. We had no idea it could be done so quickly. From start to finish, their communication has been excellent, even when I had silly questions (new to the process). We were kept informed every step of the way, which made the process stress free. Their team showed up every single day ready to work, stayed ahead of schedule, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. To top it all off, the price was $10,000 less than another company we considered without sacrificing quality. We are extremely happy with WFUP and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool resurfacing or similar work!

When draining our pool we found out that our faux waterfall needed repairs. Before we could fill it I got several estimates. We fix ugly pools came in with a competitive quote and quick scheduling since our pool needed to be filled ASAP. The guys doing the resurfacing, painting and sealing did a fast, excellent job. The estimator stayed in touch until everything was done right. My only concern was a little lack of communication with the office but it was also resolved and I would recommend them to resurface your water feature.

?????????? Five-Star Review for We Fix Ugly Pools I have had the pleasure of working with **Brian Morris and his team at We Fix Ugly Pools on a number of projects over the years, and I can confidently say they are one of the best in the business. Their attention to detail is like nothing else, and every project they’ve completed has been handled with professionalism, precision, and pride in their work. Brian’s knowledge and guidance are always appreciated, even when he’s simply offering advice and not actively doing a project for me. That level of integrity and willingness to help speaks volumes about the kind of company they are. After many years in property management and working with countless vendors, it’s refreshing to find a team that truly cares about the quality of their work and their clients. I highly recommend Brian Morris and the team at We Fix Ugly Pools. ?????????? Five stars all the way! — Kathy Stack, Property Manager

A HUGE THANK YOU TO WFUP!!!! Brian Morris and his team delivered on our pool that was 36 years old. In as little as 3 months with labor and material shortages, start to finish, I cannot thank Brian and his team enough for the spectacular work that was done. We have a 50K gallon pool and a 2K gallon spa. This was no easy task. Highly recommend!

Hired to replace the waterline tile on my large pool. They came right out and gave a reasonable estimate. I picked the tile and it was installed beautifully. Also did a light acid wash that really brightened up my blue quartz plaster. Workers were all very professional. The only issue I had was a lack of communication about when my project would start. They were a bit hard to contact at times but I understood that they were short staffed due to the pandemic. All in all I am very pleased and would recommend them.
