After the pool opening on June 17, 2026, I noticed that the backwash line from the filter to the drain had been broken. Judy promptly arranged for Geoff to assess the issue and advised that a quotation would follow. To my pleasant surprise, I received Judy's voicemail the next day informing me that your investigation concluded the damage had resulted from an improper closing last fall, and that the replacement would therefore be completed at no charge. Today, your crew completed the repair, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. I want to thank you not only for the professionalism of your technicians, but also for your honesty and integrity in standing behind your work. It would have been easy to simply provide a quotation, but instead your company took responsibility, communicated openly, and resolved the issue promptly. That level of accountability is becoming increasingly rare and is truly appreciated. Bremner is hands down the best pool company in Durham!! After trying many local pool companies and being disappointed with the quality of service, we contacted Bremner through a referral. WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE- let's just say that you get what you pay for. Fast forward 3 years later, we are still using them to open and close our pool.
