Very disappointing experience. It felt like the focus was on selling expensive chemicals rather than providing honest advice. I was recommended a costly chemical that turned out to be unnecessary, and after using it, my pool water quality became much worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store if you're looking for trustworthy guidance. I felt misled and regret following their recommendation.
When you shop here, you are going to get very knowledgeable employees. They will take their time and explain everything to you.Ill admit, i have not gone and been told i don't require anything. However, i have had an incredibly clear pool for my first year of ownership and that is thanks to the staff and their recommendations.I have had a great experience every time with them and look forward to the spring when i see them again.
Had filters cleaned.. poor job .. returned after 3 days (told ready the next day) no call their not ready. Just soaked.. not cleaned wet when returned. Bought part the broke twice. Poor quality part. Told manufacturers part... did research.. it was not. Ironically this is the company that originally installed pool. Will not be returning. I did speak with management about the service and poor service and parts. Told "it is what it is" with distant.
Been a customer of Diplomat for years - I've always found them to be knowledgeable and helpful - I'm always greeted when I come in and its always an enjoyable experience!
I could not be more pleased with Rob and the rest of the crew at Diplomat Pools & Spas. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Because of them, my family and I have enjoyed our backyard this winter more than we have in the last 30 years combined. The spa they recommended is running great, no problems whatsoever! I’ve had the spa now for 7 months (since Aug 2019). Thanks to Rob and Diplomat Pools & Spas, our backyard can now be enjoyed every season.
