From the countless hours of labor, to the patience with questions and change orders, Jonathan and all of his staff were hard working to the core. They worked with any of our requests to alter or add additions, worked in the rain, worked from dusk til dawn, and always kept a clean work space during and after each new day. The team has been nothing but accommodating, kind and professional. Jonathan, the owner himself, stopped by several times to oversee as well as help aid in cleaning the pool to help our girls get to jump in sooner rather than later. It was with ease to communicate and work with Pristine Pools, and we would do it again in a heartbeat! We love our deck jets, multi coloring changing lights, pavers, turf, trees, autocover, heater, and most of all, the fiberglass pool :)

Where do I begin!!

I’ll start with the people. Jon, Manuel, Nino, and the entire team are amazingly talented. Their vision and attention to detail is unmatched. Anytime a decision was to be made, we would joke “in Manuel we trust!” They are 100% a reliable crew. The showed up 6 days a week. The team is so great, my whole family enjoyed having them around!!

In a job of this scope, mistakes/bumps in the road are inevitable, but how Jon smooths the bumps is rare in business owners!! We are nervous nellys and this was likely the largest project we will ever complete, but Jon made us feel at ease at every turn. If the driver delivering your pool runs over your mailbox, Jon will buy you a nicer one!

We did not choose pristine because they are cheap, we chose them because they are the BEST!! Every little detail surpassed our expectations. We could not be happier with the process and the outcome!!

Pristine Pools did an excellent job bringing our backyard pool project across the finish line.

Like any major outdoor construction project, our scope evolved several times along the way. We ran into HOA delays, changing landscape requirements, weather interruptions, geotechnical concerns, and even needed to add retaining wall work to properly resolve the site. Through all of it, Jon and the team at Pristine Pools were reasonable, flexible, and easy to communicate with.

What stood out most was how they handled the inevitable changes. When the HOA process paused the project and created scheduling and payroll complications, Jon worked with us professionally and patiently. He was fair in navigating the changes, responsive when issues came up, and focused on getting the project completed the right way.

The final result turned out great, and we’re very happy with the pool and backyard. I appreciate Jon and the Pristine Pools team for sticking with the project, working through the moving pieces, and delivering a beautiful finished product. Highly recommend them for anyone considering a pool project, especially if you want a team that can handle complexity and communicate well through the process.

We hired Jonathan and his team in early spring of 2025 for a new pool project. We are beyond happy with the end result. The guys on Jonathan's crew are great hard-working people who take pride in their work and ensure everything they are doing satisfies the customer. The process was long, and we experienced a handful of issues along the way. Jonathan was always true to his word as we worked through the issues and at the end of the day the project turned out great. If starting over, I would hire these guys again and would recommend them to anyone thinking about installing a pool.

We had an incredible experience from start to finish with our pool installation. The team was professional, knowledgeable and attentive through the process. Jonathan and team communicated very well and stayed on schedule. We had some bumps in the process with the building permit with our township, Jonathan was with us every step of the way to advise on how to solve the issue. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly impressive. Our pool turned out better than we ever could have pictured.

The crews were always respectful of our property, kept our yard clean, and handled any questions we had quickly. Dealing directly with Jonathan, the owner, also made a huge difference. We cannot wait to use our amazing pool in the spring.

My husband and I did get a number of quotes from different pool companies in the area. While it was not the lowest quote, we felt much more confident paying a bit more for Pristine. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a inground pool installation.
