I am enternally grateful for having Cayton installing a salt water device on our hot tub yesterday. He was very knowledgeable of the system and ran several checks to ensure everything worked. He answered every question I had and even helped install the app and explained everything on it. I wish all technicians were this kind and patient with their clients. Job well done Atlas Spa.
My elderly parents bought a spa on their own and got it installed and set up, however, they did not keep up with the maintenance for months after. I have 0 experience on the matter and needed to get my parents spa back to normal. Dan went above and beyond to teach me about the product. Thanks to his patience and expertise, we got everything squared away. I knew nothing of chemicals and spas, but Dan made it so simple. They have had the Spa for over a year and had me reach out again, and Dan was able to resolve that too over the phone. I've never met Dan, but he has saved the day for us more than once. Biggest thank you for being so helpful and caring for your customers even after sale has been made. We are a huge fan of Dan!!!
My journey to look for a pool/ swim spa started 5 years ago. I went to a Hot Tub/ Swim Spa show in New Orleans and that is where I got introduced to Master Spas and Maurice Gordon. He went through all aspects of the swim spas and was able to point me in the right direction of the best model for what I was wanting to do.Not only has it been a perfect fit for the whole family, we can go in at any time of the year and enjoy it.
