I hate that there isn't a rating ABOVE 5 that I can give to Wade and Kathleen at Horizon Pools!First of all, Kathleen was the only person to get 3D drawings and estimates back SAME DAY. Once you call, you're instantly speaking to the VERY person responsible for all of the preliminary work. Timely, friendly, accomodating, and super efficient. In addition, a 90 day start-to-finish estimate was ALSO better than all competitors.Second, the quote was less than that of the competitors that had VASTLY WORSE customer service. Kathleen had our drawings/estimate the same day of our inquiry. No other contractor was this responsive.Third, upon signing the contract, work began swiftly and was SUPER clean. I was so worried about my yard looking like a warzone for 90 days, and it was clean and organized the ENTIRE TIME.Finally, Wade clearly has the MOST experience in this field, and he himself did a majority of the work. It was so comforting to know the person IN CHARGE of the project was on site almost daily. I even miscommunicated where I wanted my spa located, and Wade came up with a super clever way to accommodate the placement even AFTER the electric was installed. Just incredible. The CARE and thoroughness of the project was so apparent.And on top of ALL this, the project finished ahead of schedule, despite small setbacks with town permitting having nothing to do with Horizon, and I got to meet 2 wonderful human beings in Wade and Kathleen. We couldn't be happier.Don't bother looking for another pool contractor. Stop right here, and call Wade and Kathleen at Horizon Pools.
They made our dreams come true! We can now enjoy our backyard thanks to Horizon Pools. Wade and Kathleen are very easy to work with, keep me informed during the whole process and did a great job and in a time better than expected.
