I Definitely recommend if you’re stressed out and in pinch ! Matt came out the day I called!! Which was super impressive. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. In just the afternoon He was able replace 3 jandy multiport neverlube valves that had cracks and were sucking air despite me replacing all the O rings. He repaired a broken pvc attached to an old check valve and installed a new bigger jandy Filter housing. No doubt the Price was steep, probably could have saved money shopping around and pre purchasing the filter - but he did a great job, and cleaned up the plumbing and gave some good maintenance tips and now everything is working fantastic.
Nathan was a total professional. I called on Saturday evening, and they were here Monday morning. It was a fairly easy fix but still, they didn’t charge me more than the $50 for a service call. He even checked my chemical levels and gave me help dealing with an algae problem I was having.
JD pools was there when I needed quick answers and repairs. My pool pump motor had went out and they were very responsive in getting back to me even later at night. They were able to send Mathew early the next morning who quickly determined the issue and fully explained everything to me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything about the new pool pumps to help me decide which one to go with, in which I ultimately decided to go with the variable speed pump by Jandy. I love the new pump and can’t even hear it when it’s on, so the backyard is much more peaceful. I highly recommend this company, Mathew, and their service. Thank you!
I am writing to share how impressed I am with JD Pools.I called talk to Natalie told her my spa was leaking water into the pool when the pump was off. She asked if it being fixed today would work? I said “Absolutely” She asked do you want 1 to 3 , or 3 to 5? I said 1 to 3. She scheduled it immediately. She also finished the conversation explaining to me their protocol on text. A complete pleasure talking to her. Nathan (pool tech) showed up diagnosed the problem as a faulty check valve. He replaced the part quickly and resolved the issue completely. Nathan made the entire process a pleasant experience from start to finish. He represents your company incredibly well. Please pass along my sincere thanks and high accolades to Natalie , and Nathan. They are an asset to this company. KUDOSUpdate: 2 days after addressing the problem. I received a personal call from Nathan. He calledto verify everything was working as expected. Now I have had a lot of pools. Which meant dealing with pool companies. Never have I received a call from a tech after the job was completed.
