Matthew took our old damaged pool and made it a showpiece !! the old pool had been neglected for decades, it looks like a brand new pool and is the center of our backyard now. Extremely satisfied with Legacy Pools. Absolutely recommend them. Mathew responded to my inquiry for an estimate that same day. My pool is 22 yrs old and needed to be resurfaced. Mathew was my contact and Gabby. They were both so helpful with all my questions. The crews they use are so professional, efficient, friendly and polite. My pool area was spotless after each work day. It took 1 week to complete the work and they came for 2 weeks after to help cure and balance the pool. It is just beautiful! Looks brand new. Legacy Pools has taken care of my pool every week since it was built (2022). I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to this company. Not having to worry about my pool is just one less thing for me to do, and when I tell you this pool has always looked amazing, I am not kidding. Dead of winter and it looks so inviting and sparkling.They are so consistent with weekly cleanings, call me if anything looks off with the equipment or it’s not working right, and provide an emailed report after every visit. Clearly their work is top quality and can be seen on a daily basis by how beautiful the water is and how clean the tiles are.I highly recommend their services!Next step for us is a heater so we actually can use the pool in winter!
What an amazing job these guys did. Firstly Matt is a great salesperson. You could not wish for a nicer guy and with NO PRESSURE.My fiberglass pool needed resurfacing. It was originally white and was showing signs of wear. Moses and his brother came in very professionally and with great respect and work ethic. The resurfacing was done in a very timely manner and they met all my expectations.Everyone was polite and respectful which goes a long way.The new handrail and ladder was purchased by myself and these guys did the installation making repairs as best as possible to the concrete and tile which was already showing signs of damage from over the years.I would recommend everyone at Legacy Custom Pools in a heartbeat and i am glad and grateful that i came across them on Google to do the renovation.You can see from the before and after photos shown here what a difference these guys made and i am more than satisfied.
Darren and Matt are excellent. I had a bad experience with the company that built the pool we didn’t like the finish product so we reached out to Legacy Pools to re do the patio deck, and our waterfall feature spoke to Darren. He was knowledgeable and the finished product was better than we expected. We also use their monthly pool cleaning services we use so many companies before we could not find one that does a great job. Legacy Pool by far is the best. I will recommend them 1000 times over.
