After months of frustration with Oregon Hot Tub and my water issue, I was happy to have a visit by the water care specialist, Lonnie! He was thorough, helpful in teaching water care and chemistry, and such a pleasure to be around. ( my dog also loved him!). Min was exceptional to work with. He is incredibly talented, patient, and genuinely kind, and took the time to thoughtfully answer all of our questions while helping us fully understand our situation.We inherited this hot tub from the previous owners, and due to space and sizing constraints, replacing it with a newer model simply wasn’t an option. While every other hot tub company we consulted immediately tried to sell us a new spa, Min took a completely different approach. He truly listened, understood our constraints, and met us where we were. That meant a great deal to us.Had we not been able to restore this tub, we likely wouldn’t have had a hot tub at all. Min’s willingness to work within our limitations and his commitment to bringing it back to life made all the difference. We are incredibly grateful for his care, integrity, and craftsmanship. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.
I had a great experience! Lonnie the technician showed up on time and was very helpful. After doing some software updates to my 10 year old hot tub he was able to save me a lot from spending to replace a new control panel. He explained everything he was doing. Thank you again Lonnie.
