Wayne is also so helpful and very knowledgeable. We recently purchased a refurbushed pump/heater for our hot tub and a few months later it stopped working. He was able to warranty the broken part and then redid everything in the pump (at no cost) before returning it to us. We are so lucky and grateful to have him in the community!

Wayne is very knowledgeable and always willing to give advice. I get all my hot tub parts here although you can order them online for cheaper, but you wouldn’t get them instantly nor the advice from Wayne. He likes if you bring pictures of the parts you need or the thing you’re trying to fix so he can give you the exact replacement or help problem solve.
Excellent customer service. For new hot tub owners, they teach you everything you need to know. A little expensive, but the products they carry are high quality. They make owning a hot tub easy!
