We’d been thinking about a hot tub for a few years, so whenever I had the chance to pop into a store and learn about different options, I took it. I met with Deanna, who was refreshingly candid about why the Hot Spring collection stood out from other brands and how the saltwater system works to reduce day-to-day maintenance. After shopping around a bit, I came back to try the tub in store—having never owned a hot tub before, that hands-on experience was an important part of making such a large purchasing decision.The tub was installed in early December without a single hiccup. The electrician, delivery, fill, and system setup all happened within a week of purchase. I live on acreage and deal with iron in our water, so I also purchased a soft-water filter for filling the tub. It worked perfectly—any acreage owner knows how quickly water can turn brown-orange once treated, but we had no issues at all.I wanted to wait before writing a review, and now six weeks in, we’re absolutely loving it. The tub is easy to maintain, the staff have been incredibly helpful in teaching us proper water care, and the overall maintenance is minimal. Best of all, everyone’s muscles are appreciating the regular soaks. During the hectic pace of Christmas, it always felt like we had a treat waiting for us at the end of the day.So far, I’m very impressed. The tub is fantastic, the water and jets feel amazing, and the staff are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in the community. There are a lot of options out there when it comes to hot tubs, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Decked Out and the Hot Spring line.
We bought a hot tub in July from Decked Out with the help of Deanna. We were in the process of building and we were not ready for it, but we were advised to buy as the hot tub was on sale and Decked Out would hold the tub for us until we were ready for delivery. Couldn't say no to a sale price.In December the hot tub was delivered exceptionally well. There were no issues; their installation team knows what they are doing, and the whole setup was explained to my family on what to do and how to test the water. Making it easy for my parents.Since having the hot tub it has been a pleasure to sit in and relax in these cold winter nights. Exceptionally great for muscles aches.The whole process with Decked Out was straightforward. The only hiccup was finding out we needed water last minute for the hot tub to completely set it up. Likely our fault as we assumed the water was coming with the tub. Overall not a huge deal, we managed to figure it out and bring water in time for the set up.Overall, the team at Decked Out has been extremely helpful and friendly. They're definitely the type of company that if you had questions, they would help you. My family definitely loves our hot tub and we'll definitely go back to Decked Out if we need anything
