We bought a home with a hot tub included. When I started to set up the tub I had a major leak. We called Susan at Eden spas and she dispatched technician Ken who came immediately. The customer service we received was the best we have ever received from a hot tub company . Not only did Ken fix my problem he walked me through some basics as it's been a few years since we've owned a hot tub. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for hot tub service. Staff are exceptional!
Thanks to Calum and Matt for great service in getting a new heating unit installed on my 2009 Jacuzzi J210. I messaged them and within 24 hours it was fully repaired at a very reasonable price. Above & beyond! When it comes time to upgrade I won’t be going anywhere else besides Eden Spas
Costumer service and professionalism is exemplary. But wait, expertise is there too. Let me explain... I walked in hoping to book a service tech to come out and fix a minor leak. The front desk staff was friendly and then paused and asked "Did you try this first?"Long story short, my leak turned out to be a bad gasket at the heater core ($11 part) and the advice saved me hundreds.Well done Eden.. well done!And thank-you. The J210 is running smooth again.
I purchased a new hot tub from Eden spas and the service from start to finish was top notch. Both Matthew (the manager) and Susan (sales rep) answered all my questions throughout the process as I was ordering from out of town, kept in touch with the delivery process (delivery was 7 hrs away) and made the whole process so smooth and effortless. Hunter and Kaiden arrived and had the new tub set up and running in no time. They were both so kind and courteous, ensured my deck was protected from getting damaged while placing the tub in, cleaned up all the garbage and loaded my old tub to be hauled away. They were all such a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to purchase from Eden Spas!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH ??
